Our team

Our structure consists of a Board, two subsidiary companies and Board committees. The Board’s role is to provide strategic direction and to govern, control and scrutinise our operations. The Board meets regularly to review the performance of the business and provides advice to our executive team. The Board has established committees to which they’ve delegated certain responsibilities.
